Notification Preferences

riteOnline™ allows you to opt in or opt out of receiving the Account Notifications, Account Statements, and Marketing Newsletters. You can set or modify preferred notification methods like emails, SMS, or Print along with the order of preference.

Setting your notification preferences will also dictate if you receive your Account Statements by mail or electronically. To receive Account Statements electornically, choose the "email" option for your Notification Delivery Method; to receive the statements by mail, choose "print" as the delivery method.

Note: Any notification resulting in an additional cost will result in an additional processing fee and will be added to your account when applicable.
