Accessing riteOnline™

Use the latest version of:

• Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari

To access riteOnline™:

For registered customers:

1. Navigate to https://riverlink.etcchosted.com/.

   Note: If you are on the Riverlink website, click Pay Bill or Open/Manage Account in the banner on the home page or click Pay Tolls in the top navigation bar.

   

2. Enter your Username and Password.

   • For security purposes, your password is hidden. To see what you have typed, click the eye icon.

   • If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password?

   • If you forgot your username, click Forgot Username?

   

   Note: From the log in page you can click FAQ to navigate to the Frequently Asked Questions or click Customer Service to navigate to the Contact Us page.

3. Click Login.

   The Account Overview screen displays.

   

For new customers:

1. Click Register New Account. See Registering New Toll Accounts.
