Forgot Password

If you have previously registered for a riteOnline™ account and have forgotten your password, you canrecover your passwordfrom riteOnline.

To recover your password

1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password.

   The Reset your password screen displays.

   

2. Enter your User Name.

3. Click Send.

   You will get a verification sent to the two-factor authentication method you selected.

4. Enter the verification code.

5. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
