riteOnline™ Overview

riteOnline™ is a self-service website that allows registered customers to maintain their account, vehicles and transponders, and payment methods; make payments for their monthly toll bills; view account history; and chat with customer service representatives.

New customers can register for an account with a vehicle license plate, transponder type, and a payment method. As soon as customers register, they can use registered lanes immediately. Tolls will be charged using the license plate number until the customer receives and actives the transponder.
