Submitting Requests to CRM

To submit a request to CRM:

  1. Either click Customer Service from the Login screen or from the More Menu, click Help and Support  > Customer Service > Submit Request. Do one of the following to display the Submit a Request screen:

    • Click Customer Service from the Login screen.

    Note: The Customer Service link takes you t o the Contact Us page.

    • From the More Menu, click Help and Support  > Customer Service > Submit Request.

  2. Select or enter the required information. Select or enter the following required information:

    • Request Type

    • Email Address

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Subject

    • Phone

    • Message

  3. Click Submit.  

    The following things occur:

    • The system creates the case and assigns a Case Number. The Request status is set to Ready for assignment.

    • The Upload Document screen displays.

  4. Click Upload.

    The Upload Document screen displays.

  5. Select a Document Type.

    Note: The recognized document extensions are PDF, BMP, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, or XLSX.
    Note: File names can only contain alphabetical/numerical characters, dots, and underscores.

  6. Click Browse and select the document.

  7. Click Upload.

    The file is uploaded, and a success message displays.
